Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in transit or applicable industry.
• Customer service experience required.
• Proficiency in French is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Maintain employee compliance with field service and customer processes.
• Assist customers in accepting new bus deliveries and repair defects.
• Lead a cross-functional service technician team.
• Manage work queues in Oracle OSVC and OSFC.
• Conduct meetings and ensure customer issues are addressed promptly.
