Qualifications

• Four year honours degree preferred (Early Childhood Education, Early Childhood Studies, Children's Studies).
• Two years of direct related supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with implementation of Canada Wide ELC system.
• Oversee child care fee subsidy program and coordinators.
• Provide guidance to staff on client service and eligibility decisions.
• Develop training plans and provide coaching to Early Years staff.
• Approve allocations and support related administrative tasks.
