YMCA of Three Rivers in Waterloo Region is seeking an Early Years Educator for a full-time contract at Cedar Creek YMCA Child Care in Ayr. The role focuses on delivering high-quality care, building strong relationships with children and families, and promoting learning through play.
The ideal candidate holds an ECE diploma, is CECE-registered or in process, and demonstrates flexibility, safety awareness, and a willingness to engage in ongoing professional development.
Location: Cedar Creek YMCA Child Care, Ayr - Waterloo Region
*no public transportation to this location
Work Hours: 7.5 hours per day, Monday to Friday. Shifts will vary between 7:00am – 6:00pm.

Full-time employees can join our group pension plan after two consecutive years of employment. Employees contribute 5% of their gross earnings per pay, which is matched by the Y. After three consecutive years of full-time service, participation in the YMCA pension plan becomes mandatory.
