Fennies is hiring an Early Years Educator to create a happy and safe environment where children can thrive. You don’t need previous nursery experience—training and support will be provided to start your childcare career.

You’ll join a friendly team with a choice of a 4-day or 5-day week, 20 days annual leave rising to 25, free meals, and opportunities to gain early years qualifications while working.

Qualifications

• No nursery experience required and full training provided.
• Passion for working with children and a caring approach.
• Willingness to learn and develop in childcare.

Responsibilities

• Support children during play, learning activities and daily routines.
• Help create experiences that encourage curiosity and development.
• Work closely with your team to keep the nursery safe, organised and welcoming.
• Build warm relationships with children and their families.
• Support children’s confidence, independence and wellbeing.
