Job summary

Tim Hortons in Alberta is seeking a Production Team Member focused on guest satisfaction and quality. You will help produce bakery and menu items, assist in serving guests, and respond to special requests in a friendly manner, maintaining Tim Hortons standards.

You will keep a clean, organized work area, minimize waste, and help with training and schedule coordination. The role offers involvement in scholarship programs for students, health benefits for full-time team members, and opportunities

Job description

As a production team member your top priority is guest satisfaction and superior product quality. You take pride in producing quality finished bakery & menu items that our guests come to enjoy and love. You assist in serving guests where necessary and respond to special guest requests in a friendly manner.

You follow Tim Hortons standards and guidelines when preparing products. You support a clean and organized environment through regular clean up; maintain a neat and professional appearance in accordance to our company policy, minimize food waste and maintain freshness of products.
