Responsibilities

• Support Early Childhood Educators in the daily delivery of quality early learning programs.
• Build positive, respectful, and caring relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Assist children with daily routines, including dressing, toileting, meals, and transitions.
• Encourage children’s social, emotional, and physical development through play-based learning experiences.
• Use positive guidance and redirection to help children understand and express their emotions.
• Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
• Communicate positively and professionally with parents and caregivers, respecting individual family values and needs.
• Work collaboratively with team members to support program planning, activities, and daily operations.
• Assist with classroom preparation, organization, and cleanup.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a supportive and respectful workplace.
