BrightPath Kids is hiring an Early Childhood Educator at Richmond Centre for full-time day shifts. You will work with teachers and families to create a home-away-from-home environment, implementing BrightPath curriculum and ensuring child wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Early Childhood Education - Level 3 Certification OR B.Ed./Equivalent.
• Province childcare employment requirements must be met.
• Current Standard First Aid and infant CPR.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing a program aligned with BrightPath’s curriculum for child development.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.
• Assess children’s abilities and discuss progress with families and staff.
• Collaborate with colleagues, management and families; attend staff meetings.
