• Guide children in eating, dressing, and toilet routines with care.
• Observe children for learning or behavior concerns and report to parents/supervisors.
• Assess each child’s needs and progress and discuss with parents and staff.
• Collaborate with coworkers and community service providers to support children.
• Create a safe, healthy, and engaging learning environment.
