Job summary

Aon invites applications for the Early Careers: Commercial Risk Intern – Winter 2027 in Calgary. This paid four-month internship offers hands-on experience in data entry, policy processing, and client service within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in progress in Business, Finance, Economics, Risk Management or Insurance.
• Prior internship or coursework in risk/insurance is a plus.
• Strong data entry and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurate data entry and attention to detail.
• Entering client and insurer information accurately and timely.
• Producing documents, endorsements, invoices and letters as required.
• Filing, policy tracking/recording, and entry into third-party accounting systems.
• Maintaining quality controls and checking work for accuracy.
• Escalating complex processing issues to the appropriate team leader.
• Other projects as deemed required.

What the day will look like

• Accurate data entry and attention todetail;
• Entering client and insurer information inan accurateandtimelymanner (ifrequired);
