You do not need to be an employee benefits expert on day one. Through our Launch Program and on-the-job learning, you will learn how Health Solutions colleagues help clients understand what their employees value, manage rising healthcare costs and design smarter, more personalized benefit programs that support employee wellbeing and organizational competitiveness.

As a Health Solutions colleague, you will build the skills, confidence and business knowledge needed to translate data and research into clear insights, contribute to employee benefits strategies and serve as a credible partner to clients and colleagues.

Aon is in the business of better decisions

At Aon, we shape decisions for the better to protect and enrich the lives of people around the world.

As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive team and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed.

What is Health Solutions

Aon's Health Solutions team helps organizations design and manage comprehensive employee benefits programs that prioritize health and wellness. As employers compete for talent and manage rising costs, we help them understand what their employees value across different companies, industries and locations. Using those insights, we create smarter, more personalized benefit strategies that help employers care for their people and remain competitive.

What You Will Do

As a Health Solutions colleague, you will build hands-on experience while developing an understanding of how employee needs, healthcare costs, data and client strategy come together to create value. Technology, including AI, analytics tools and shared delivery resources increasingly support routine research and reporting, allowing Health Solutions colleagues to focus earlier on interpretation, creative problem solving and client value.

  • Solution line focus: Helps organizations evaluate health and benefits programs, plan costs and future financial commitments related to employee benefits.
  • Responsibilities may include: Supporting plan design analysis, cost trends, rate-setting, renewals, carrier bid reviews, employee contribution analysis, scenario analysis and valuation of retiree medical or disability plans.
  • Exam Path: CIA
The Launch Development Program

Launch is a structured 10-month Early Career development program that combines meaningful work, business learning, professional development and relationship-building across Aon. The program helps you build a strong foundation for a long-term career through:

  • On-the-job learning with brokers, client teams, account managers and solution line specialists.
  • Business and professional development in Commercial Risk, Reinsurance, client service, communication, collaboration, problem solving and commercial awareness.
  • Exposure to data, analytics and technology that support risk assessment, market analysis, workflow coordination and client-ready recommendations.

What Will Help You Succeed and Grow

We are looking for candidates who are curious, motivated and excited to learn. Through the Launch Program, you will continue developing the same skills and capabilities that support a successful Health Solutions and advisory career, including:

  • An interest in business, healthcare, employee benefits, health and wellness, analytics, data, client service or consulting.
  • A desire to pursue a career in Health Solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with a range of stakeholders.
  • Analytical and critical thinking, problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
  • A collaborative mindset, alongside initiative, adaptability and a willingness to contribute as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Confidence using technology and a willingness to learn new tools, internal AI platforms and technology-enabled ways of working.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Initiative and a commitment to continuous learning, growth and professional development.
