Job summary

ComPsych is seeking licensed behavioral health clinicians to join our EAP Provider Network, delivering high-quality counseling services to employees and their household members. This opportunity is primarily and ideally intended for in-person EAP counseling, supporting employees through face-to-face services within their local communities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a related behavioral health field.
• Minimum 3 years clinical experience post-masters.
• Highest-level professional accreditation or registration.
• Active professional liability insurance coverage, where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide short-term, solution-focused EAP counseling to employees and eligible household members, primarily through in-person sessions within your community.
• Conduct intake assessments, clinical evaluations, and counseling sessions focused on practical strategies, coping skills, and stabilization.
• Support clients navigating workplace stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, grief, work-life balance, and other non-acute behavioral health needs.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with professional and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with ComPsych’s clinical intake, referral, and authorization processes as applicable, ensuring continuity of care and appropriate case management.
• Deliver services in compliance with ethical guidelines, licensure requirements, and scope-of-practice expectations.
