Are you an experienced EA who loves a fast-paced dynamic firm?

Are you looking for something a bit special, with more involvement, wider responsibilities and to be at the heart of the business?

Are you a perfectionist with a quick mind and a brilliant organiser with great attention to detail? Whether it’s an event, high profile talks, presentations, client pitches you will be running the show.

This boutique financial firm is based in SW1, in gorgeous offices and you’ll work with a collaborative team, mainly supporting the Partner. Ideally, you’ll have experience in financial services, but more importantly – the expertise to act as a total right hand.

This role is to work for a boutique financial firm located in stunning offices close to Green Park.

If you have languages, that will be a great bonus!

What you’ll be doing day to day:
  • Acting as right hand to the team
  • Maintaining contact information on prospective and existing clients and advisors
  • Gathering data from multiple sources
  • Producing detailed presentations and marketing material
  • Arranging end to end client and industry events including conferences
  • Arranging roadshow logistics
  • Managing travel arrangements, agendas, expenses
  • Creating marketing material
  • Producing correspondence, recording it in the CRM
  • Providing admin support to the team

  • In office hours 9.30 – 6.30 Monday – Friday occasional work from home 1 day a week
  • Advanced Microsoft VC, CRM including Pipedrive or Salesforce, Adobe InDesign
  • 2nd language helpful
