Salary Range (plus eligible to receive a performance-based incentive, applicable to position): $79,648 - $107,760

Passion for agriculture required:

Manage relationships with local producers and be responsible for developing a loan portfolio. You’ll tailor financing packages to meet your customers’ needs, including both lending and non-lending products, and help them build success.

What you’ll do:

1. Work with customers to build financing packages that meet their business needs
2. Build relationships with FCC customers and internal partners
3. Look for opportunities to expand your loan portfolio
4. Travel to visit customers on their farm or in the office
5. Analyze customer financial information
6. Create, process, and approve new credit facilities
