Job Title: Senior Project Manager
Location: Toronto, Ontario

Compensation: $100,000 - $130,000 per year, plus benefits and additional perks

Key Details:

• Experience: 3 to 5 years in commercial interior construction or fit-outs
• Education: Degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering preferred, or equivalent experience
• Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and client relationship management skills

About the Role:
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of construction projects from inception to completion. You’ll ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will also work closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to manage deliverables and expectations effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning, execution, and close-out phases
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality control
• Foster strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
