  4. Lead case management across your business areas, handling complex attendance issues, performance management, grievances, restructures, redundancies, and reevaluation of posts in accordance with policies and procedures.
  5. Ensure consistency and compliance with case management, highlighting trends for the wider HR team learning.
  6. Support the development and implementation of HR policies and update Employee Handbooks as appropriate, ensuring policies are up to date on all relevant drives.
  7. Lead the production of HR reports regularly on topics such as employee engagement, sickness absence, turnover, analyzing trends, and highlighting opportunities for improvement to the HR Manager, SLT, and Heads of Business.
  8. Monitor trends in employment practice and law to advise on proactive actions.
What you'll need:
  • HR Degree or equivalent
  • Chartered or Graduate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development or relevant qualification
  • Commercial awareness
  • Commitment to CPD
  • Focused and highly motivated
  • Planning, prioritising, and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience handling demanding ER caseloads
  • Confidence in analyzing data and interpreting trends
  • Strong report writing skills
  • Ability to cope under pressure
  • Knowledge of various sectors of the Group and ability to work collaboratively across teams
  • Ability to work independently to meet deadlines, manage priorities, and maintain communication channels with the wider team
  • Focus on continuous improvement
  • Full UK driving license and willingness to travel
