A community-focused social services agency in Toronto is seeking a Support Worker 3 to deliver services that enhance the quality of life for individuals with intellectual disabilities. This role involves case management, physical care, and developing support strategies. A post-secondary education in Social Services or Developmental Services is required, along with relevant experience.
