HOURS OF WORK: 37.5 hours per week
Community Living Toronto, one of the largest agencies of its kind in North America, is a dynamic, innovative organization committed to promoting a welcoming community. As a leader in the field, Community Living Toronto offers supports to over 6,000 individuals with intellectual disabilities and their families, including residential and day supports, employment assistance, community support, early childhood services, and respite care.
The Family Support Coordinator will provide goal-oriented supports primarily to individuals with developmental disabilities living at home with their families, and may also support individuals living independently or in facilities. The role involves partnership with individuals and families, promoting inclusion, guiding access to resources, and advocating for their needs.
This is a temporary position for up to one year, with a work schedule of 37.5 hours per week.
