Responsibilities

As a Lead Concierge with Hines, you will organize, coordinate, and implement resident services and programs. You will serve as the main contact for residents. Responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming new residents and guests, ensuring comfort for prospects and visitors
  • Supporting residents with luggage carts
  • Monitoring guest traffic and parking garage for team members and vendors
  • Monitoring security cameras and fire alarm panels
  • Answering phone calls, transferring calls appropriately, and assisting with request callbacks
  • Ensuring packages are delivered, documented, and residents are notified promptly
  • Updating daily logs and reporting concerns to management
  • Booking freight elevators for move-ins, move-outs, and deliveries
  • Maintaining equipment inventory
  • Keeping detailed information about local amenities for residents
  • Responding to resident inquiries/complaints within 24 hours to ensure resolution
  • Providing personalized care and convenience experiences for residents
  • Engaging with residents to foster positive relationships and meet expectations

Qualifications

Minimum requirements include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two or more years of customer service experience
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
