Job summary

La Vie en Rose is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to support and schedule upcoming newsletters, manage CRM campaigns, and help optimize our e‑commerce site. The role emphasizes coordination of digital marketing campaigns for a retail fashion brand in Canada, with emphasis on French and English communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary studies in marketing, business, communication, media or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of email marketing experience (asset).
• Experience in retail and/or fashion (asset).
• Bilingual in French and English (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Quality testing and control for campaigns and site content.
• Follow up in the project management system and track tasks.
• Monitor e-commerce trends and benchmark regularly.
• Build and manage email campaigns and customer audiences.

Purpose of the role

Under the supervision of the Director of E-commerce, the assistant will be responsible for integrating and scheduling all upcoming newsletters for our site and helping with the execution of site.

Key Responsibilities

• Be responsible for quality testing and control;
• Follow up in the project management system
• Regularly perform effective benchmark;
• Stay on top of e‑commerce trends;
• Measure the performance of the website on an ongoing basis in order to identify problems and opportunities and thus propose solutions.
• Build and manage email campaigns and customer audiences.
• Perform quality assurance on communications and handle change requests.
• Create data extension pages for upcoming contests.
• Ensure timely and accurate scheduling and execution of all CRM campaigns, adhering to business objectives and best practices.
• Develop and implement A/B and multivariate tests to optimize campaign performance and customer metrics.
• Assist in defining audience segmentation and targeting strategies for CRM campaigns.
• Perform all other related tasks

Requirements

• Post‑secondary studies in marketing, business, communication, media or equivalent;

• Proficient in the Office Suite: Word, Excel and Powerpoint;
• Bilingual, both oral and written, French and English (The person will have to do advertising campaigns for the Canadian market).
