Job summary

Techo-Bloc is seeking an E-Commerce Coordinator to bridge our product range with thousands of online customers. You will work with Development, UX/UI, Marketing, and Digital teams to create an online shopping experience that reflects our bold brand.

Ideal candidates are data-driven, detail-oriented, and excited to rethink category structures and improve navigation, product tagging, SEO, and site performance across our Canadian platforms.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, website management, merchandising, SEO, or content management.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and comfort working with web content, product data, CMS platforms, and spreadsheets.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize product and category pages to improve accuracy, visibility, and user experience.
• Refine category structures, sorting logic, filters, product tagging, and site search so customers can quickly find the right product.
• Manage merchandising updates, seasonal launches, new product releases, and promotions.
• Maintain web content, product data, CMS organization, category hierarchy, menus, and internal linking.
• Optimize content, metadata, and page structure to maximize search engine visibility.
• Conduct regular website audits to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards.
• Monitor key metrics (traffic, bounce rate, time on page, site search, and product and category performance) and turn data into actionable recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to improve navigation, online merchandising, and the digital customer experience—and proactively bring them forward.
• Collaborate with the Developer, UX/UI Designer, Web Coordinator, Marketing team, and internal stakeholders on new features, integrations, and website updates.
