Pierre Fabre Laboratories in Canada seeks a senior E-commerce leader to drive growth across e-retailers, marketplaces, and omnichannel partners. You will own the market’s e-commerce P&L and define strategies aligned with global directions.
You will collaborate with Commercial, Marketing and Media teams, leverage data to identify opportunities, and lead cross-functional activation to strengthen the digital shelf and ROI.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the market’s e-commerce acceleration and growth across assigned eRetailers (ePharmacies, pure players, marketplaces and omnichannel retailers).
Main Responsibilities
1. Account Ownership & P&L
2. Strategy & Business Acceleration (Account Level)
Drive commercial growthof the brand portfolio at assigned e-retailers by:
Build eJBPsfor the assigned e-retailers and with the KAM(if in omnichannel structures) to ensure strong collaboration between:
Leverage datato identify acceleration opportunities (promo efficiency, category trends, retailer-specific levers).
Define and execute the market e-commerce strategyaligned with:
Lead the market’s e-commerce accelerationacross:
Act as the e-commerce voice in market leadership discussions, representing:
Be accountable for the e-commerce P&Lfor the market, including:
Review and approveretailer activation plansproposed by eKAMs and/or KAMs.
Responsible for delivering e-commerce market share growth in the market
Leverage data to identify acceleration opportunities(promo efficiency, category trends, retailer potential) to improve e-commerce performance

4. Collaboration with eRetail Activation & Digital Shelf
Responsible for ensuring timely execution of e-Retail Content on the e-Retail websites in partnership with e-retail Activation Specialist
Collaborate with the e-retail Activation Specialist & Media Specialiston:
Work hand-in-hand with e-retail Activation toalign content, promotions and activationswith account priorities.
Partner with the Media Specialist and e-retail Activation to ensureDigital Shelf Excellenceon assigned accounts through theCARS framework.
5. Retail Media & 360° Integration
Collaborate with theMedia Specialist to:
Support optimization ofmedia budgetsby identifying high-performing placements, keywords and partners.
6. Data Tracking & Performance Insights
Leverage dashboards and analytics tools(e.g. Flywheel, eStore , Stackline, SimilarWeb) to:
Report performance, insights, and opportunitiesto commercial and marketing teams.
Trackcompetitive actionson assigned e-Retailers and propose responsive actions.
Education
Experience
3-5 years in commercial / sales / KAM / trade marketing roles
Minimum 2–4 years ineCommerce / eRetail account management
Experience with:
Background in FMCG / Consumer Health / Beauty / Pharma is a plus
