Job summary

Groupe Souris Mini Inc. seeks an E-Commerce Acceleration Manager to lead and scale digital commerce across Shopify, Amazon, Walmart Marketplace and more. You will drive revenue, acquisition and conversion while optimizing performance and brand presence.

You will own marketplace listing optimization, paid media across Google/Meta/Walmart Connect, and develop annual digital marketing calendars. This role emphasizes data-driven decisions, cross-channel growth, and DTC excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online retail.
• Proven success managing Shopify and growing DTC e-commerce businesses.
• Extensive experience with Amazon Vendor Central/Seller Central.
• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid digital media campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Direct and optimize daily e-commerce operations and staff assignments.
• Develop and execute the overall e-commerce growth strategy across Shopify, Amazon, Walmart Marketplace and other channels.
• Improve conversion rates, AOV, and customer lifetime value across channels.
• Optimize product assortment, pricing, promotions, and merchandising.
• Plan and manage paid digital campaigns to maximize ROAS and reduce CAC.
• Oversee Shopify DTC site performance and UX enhancements.
• Analyze website and campaign performance using GA4 and other tools.
