Job summary

RCL - Reitmans Canada Limited is seeking an E-commerce Coordinator to drive online campaigns and initiatives. You’ll coordinate with Marketing, Creative, and Merchandising teams to keep projects on track and ensure assets launch on time.

The role emphasizes collaboration across Canada, a hybrid work model, and opportunities to contribute to fashion brands like Reitmans, RW&CO, and PENN. A willingness to learn and keep projects moving is essential.

Qualifications

• College or university degree in a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, project coordination or a related role.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Detail-oriented, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Bilingual in French and English to effectively collaborate with teams and partners across Canada.
• Interest in fashion, digital and e-commerce — and a willingness to learn!

• Coordinate updates across digital touchpoints.
• Perform quality checks before launches to ensure accuracy.
• Keep calendars, trackers and project documentation organized and up to date.
• Assist on special projects and support the team as needed.
