WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
  • This position is responsible for the safe and efficient transportation and delivery of energy products, such as bulk propaneand/or petroleum, to customers.
  • The driver is responsible for being aware of the customer’s requirementsand maintaining adequate supplies of product in the storage tank(s).
  • The incumbent ensures thatdeliveries are completed on a least cost basis, and that all associated documentation is accuratelycompleted and returned to the base location for invoicing.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
  • Class D Driver’s License with Air Brake Endorsement;
  • 5 years commercial driving experience;
  • Ability to drive manual transmission;
  • Strong attention to detail and sound judgement;
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to use electronic devices.

Working Conditions:

Mostly outdoors and behind the wheel of a truck.

Physical activity includes operating, loading/unloading equipment, inspecting vehicles and equipment, walking, climbing, occasionally in awkward positions, in an environment which may be characterized by changes in temperature.

This Full Time role may involve working occasional irregular hours as needed; may include overtime, evenings, weekends, statutory holidays and emergency schedule. Handles hazardous product.
