Costa Building Supply - Cambridge is seeking a professional Driver with a valid Class 3/DZ license to safely operate a commercial vehicle and assist with onsite delivery of building materials in Cambridge, Ontario.

This role requires a clean driving record, effective math and communication skills, physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs, and a high school completion. Location: Cambridge, ON. Compensation: CAD 23.27–27.45 per hour. Benefits available and opportunities for growth.

Position Purpose:

Drivers are responsible for the safe operation of a commercial vehicle in the transportation and placements of building materials on customer job sites. Drivers must also assist with onsite delivery requiring physical labour in all weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver materials to the assigned area as directed by the customer. Prioritize personal safety and the safety of those around you. Communicate professionally with customers, co-workers, and trades on site. Maintain contact with dispatch and work to resolve issues as they arise. Prepare trucks for reloading and assist warehouse staff as needed. Verify load security and accuracy. Act as an ambassador of the company with all employees and customers. Follow all regulations, company policies, and procedures.
