Responsibilities

• Define and own end-to-end observability architecture using Dynatrace across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Lead design, deployment, and configuration of Dynatrace (Managed/SaaS) including Clusters, OneAgents, ActiveGates, extensions, and integrations.
• Architect solutions for APM, Infrastructure Monitoring, DEM (RUM & Synthetic), Log Monitoring, and Cloud Observability.
• Drive automation of monitoring, alerting, and remediation using Dynatrace APIs and workflows.
• Produce architecture diagrams, runbooks, and design documents; enable knowledge transfer across teams.
