Job summary

Dynamite is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience, build lasting relationships with customers, and support store operations while upholding brand and visual standards.

You will report to the Store Manager and participate in all duties that ensure profitable store performance, with a focus on customer care and fashion-forward service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 6 months of sales experience in a retail environment is an asset.
• Passion for fashion and a customer-first mindset.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build relationships.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver high levels of service.

• Social Media Skills, knowledge of Mobile Devices Skills and Computer skills are an asset
• Is available to work a on flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as per business needs
