Job summary

Groupe Dynamite is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate in Ottawa to deliver an exceptional shopping experience and build lasting relationships with customers. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will support store operations while upholding brand standards and visual presentation.

You must be available for a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays, and show a passion for fashion and a customer-first mindset. Training and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent).
• 6 months of retail sales experience is an asset.
• Shows passion for fashion and customer-first mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
• Team player with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with social media and mobile devices is an asset.
• Willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Job summary:

You will participate in all the essential duties that contribute to the efficient and profitable operation of the store, while maintaining the brand and visual presentation standards of the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• 6 months of sales experience in a retail environment is an asset
• Has passion for fashion
• Demonstrates a customer-first mindset
• Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build relationships
• Has the ability to work as a team
• Has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while delivering an exceptionally high level of attention and service
• Social Media Skills, knowledge of Mobile Devices Skills and Computer skills are an asset
• Is available to work a on flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as per business needs
