Job summary

Dynamite is hiring a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience and build lasting relationships with customers. You will support store operations and uphold brand standards across our fashion-forward environment.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will participate in duties that ensure profitable store performance while maintaining a high level of service, teamwork, and adaptability to a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 6 months of sales experience in a retail environment is an asset.
• Passion for fashion and customer-first mindset.
• Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build relationships.
• Ability to work as a team and in a fast-paced environment with attention to service.
• Social media skills, knowledge of mobile devices, and computer skills are an asset.

Job summary:
