Job summary

Groupe Dynamite Inc. in Winnipeg is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience, help customers find the right outfits, and maintain brand standards across the store.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will participate in all essential duties to operate the store, work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, and contribute to a positive, customer-first environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; 6 months retail sales experience is an asset.
• Passion for fashion and customer-first mindset.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to service.
• Social media skills and basic computer skills are advantageous.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
