Job summary

Dynamite in North America is seeking a Sales Associate to provide an exceptional shopping experience and build lasting relationships with customers. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will help maintain brand standards and drive profitable store operations.

You will engage with customers, assist on a fast-paced floor, and support showroom presentation while showing a genuine passion for fashion and a customer-first mindset. Flexible scheduling includes evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• 6 months of sales experience in a retail environment is an asset.
• Passion for fashion and customer-first mindset.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build relationships.
• Ability to work as a team and in a fast-paced environment.
• Social media skills, knowledge of mobile devices and computer skills are assets.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
