A leading technology consulting firm is looking for a D365 Functional Architect (CRM) to help modernize service operations using Dynamics 365. This role involves designing and implementing CRM solutions, collaborating with clients, and leading project teams through various phases of delivery. Ideal candidates will have proven experience with Dynamics 365 and a consultative approach. This position is located in Halifax, Canada.

As a D365 Functional Architect (CRM), you’ll play a pivotal role in helping our clients across Canada modernize their service operations — particularly through D365 Field Service and its integration with ERP to create connected, data-driven experiences.
You’ll apply your expertise to design and implement CRM solutions across all phases of Avanade’s delivery lifecycle. Working closely with clients, you’ll define the vision, lead workshops, and guide our delivery teams in planning, building, testing, and optimizing Dynamics 365 solutions.
You bring a consultative mindset, deep CRM knowledge, and the ability to translate complex requirements into elegant, scalable solutions that deliver business value. Just as importantly, you know how to connect with people — fostering collaboration, inspiring teams, and earning client trust.

Proven experience as a Functional Architect or Lead across multiple Dynamics 365 CE implementations. Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 Field Service, Customer Service, and integration points with ERP systems. Hands-on experience with Power Platform and broader Microsoft ecosystem solutions. Strong consultative and communication skills, able to influence both technical and business audiences. Experience managing or mentoring delivery teams across onshore and offshore models. A collaborative, client-centric mindset — with curiosity, adaptability, and a passion for continuous improvement.
