Job summary

Yoush Consulting is seeking an experienced D365 System Administrator to manage the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE module, including analysis, configuration, and maintenance. The candidate should have 3+ years of D365 CE experience and a deep understanding of the full D365 stack and integration points.

You will troubleshoot CE and PO environments, coordinate vendor activities, create and maintain D365 CE/PO environments, batch jobs, indexes, and security roles, and ensure alignment with IT policies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a D365 System Administrator, with knowledge of Dynamics CE.
• Deep knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE module and end-to-end platform.
• Experience with Power Platform and Azure services (Azure AD, Logic Apps, Functions, Data Lake).

Must have 3+ years experience as a D365 System Administrator with knowledge of Dynamics Customer Engagement (CE).

The D365 Administrator will be responsible for the analysis, configuration, and maintenance of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE module.

The ideal candidate will know the entire D365 system, backend storage services, configuration, security, reporting, ISV, any custom development, data integrations, and any device integration. Additional areas of responsibility may include gathering and defining use requirements, user support related to the application.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting skills - advanced level required to troubleshoot the solution across both CE and PO
• Must be able to help coordinate vendor management activities
• Create and Maintain D365 CE and PO Environments
• Create and Maintain D365 Batch Jobs.
• Create and Maintain D365 Indexes.
• Create and Maintain D365 CE Security Roles.
• Managing the code and data movement between environments. Collaborate with Developers, Integrators, and Business Partners for System Enhancement and upgrades.
• Continue monitoring & fine - tuning performance for D365 instances.
• Help the team ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
• Managing the security component related to Environment setup.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple simultaneous tasks.
• Manage and maintain system integrations with other internal and external systems
• Assisting with reviewing the architecture, and plans and monitoring the execution of testing

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics D365 CE module
• Deep Understanding of Microsoft One Dynamics One Platform Vision and Cross-App Scenarios
• Understanding Extension (Classes, Table, Form, Query, etc.)
• Understanding Integration service (DMF, OData, Custom Service, Webservice)
• Experience with Power Platform and Microsoft Azure (Azure Service Bus, Logic App, Azure Function, Event Grid, Azure SQL Server, Azure Data Lake, Messaging technologies PowerApps, Power Automate, etc.)
• Familiar with Power BI Reporting, Azure Active Directory, Azure Data Lake, Microsoft Fabric, Synapse Link for Dataverse
• Familiar with Azure DevOps
• Familiar with all phases of D365 PO and CE software development life cycle using a combination of Azure DevOps, and Power Platform Admin Center.
• Familiar with Communication Services (SOAP REST, XML, JSON, EDI)
• Familiar with Version Control (Azure DevOps, GIT, TFVS)
• Familiar with Azure API technologies (APIM) & Postman
