Job summary

Intelcom | Dragonfly is seeking to fill a warehouse associate role in Canada. You will unload trailers, verify freight, and operate conveyors and sorting systems to ensure accurate parcel handling. The job involves lifting up to 50 pounds/23 kg and working in a fast-paced, shift-based environment.

The role offers a flexible schedule with a minimum of 3 days per week and a teamwork-driven atmosphere. Training will be provided for equipment and safety procedures, with opportunities to contribute

Responsibilities

Unload trailers and verify freight against manifests
Unload freight manually into manual and powered conveyors
Use power/manual jacks to organize, receive shipments, and feed the sort lines (training provided)
Organize the sort setup as per the sort plan
Sort, scan, and handle parcels according to the sort plan
Operate technology and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders
Place packages in designated areas for delivery or Linehaul team
Stage the sorted freight in the load-out area as per station layout
Complete related tasks assigned by supervisors
Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages
Validate scanned/sorted freight to reduce mis-sorts
Perform cleaning, housekeeping, and safety inspections
Lift up to 50 pounds / 23 kg
Other duties as assigned
