As the first point of contact, you will assist visitors, handle calls, and support various administrative tasks. Qualifications
- Previous experience in a fast-paced receptionist or administrative role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other office software.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist all visitors in a professional, courteous manner.
- Handle incoming calls, direct inquiries, and take messages as needed.
- Maintain visitor access and office security procedures.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries.
- Support administrative tasks such as photocopying and filing.
