Job summary

Wal-Mart Canada Corp in Rouyn-Noranda, QC is hiring a Stock Unloader Associate to unload trailers, process merchandise, and move pallets to the sales floor, supporting a smooth store operation. In a fast-paced retail environment you’ll help maintain a safe, clean workspace, assist customers, stock the sales floor, and organize overstock as needed.

Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Age 16 or older.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Unloading trailers and moving merchandise.
• Assist with stocking and customer service as needed.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and Unloading Merchandise: prepares and resets the Receiving Area and unloads trailers.
• Handle and Move Merchandise Safely: maintains cold chain standards for refrigerated and frozen products and moves pallets to the sales floor.
• Stocking and Customer Support: assists with stocking the sales floor and provides customer service.
• Overstock Organization: labels and places overstock merchandise in designated areas.
• Maintain a Safe and Clean Work Environment: follows policies to ensure a safe workspace.
