Job summary

EllisDon is seeking a Project Coordinator to join the Building Group in Canada. You will maintain shop drawings, track RFIs and changes, and support project communications among owners, architects, contractors and engineers.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of construction experience or equivalent training.
• Working knowledge of scheduling and project management software.
• You work well within a team to achieve project goals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate shop drawings, track RFIs and changes.
• Review Subcontractor RFIs for accuracy and coordinate with Consultants to resolve issues.
• Coordinate meetings between Subcontractors and Consultants to resolve any complex issues.
• Work with owners, architects, contractors and engineers.
• May manage one or multiple Subcontractors or a portion of a project.
• Review and update construction schedules.
• Assist the Project Manager and Superintendent with project administration and fieldwork.
• Conduct quality control activities and update construction progress records.
