Cintas Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Associate – Loader/Unloader for the 2nd shift in Boucherville, QC. The role involves unloading soiled products, loading clean uniforms and mats, and supporting route-specific truck loading while maintaining a safe, clean work area.

The position requires physical activity, exposure to varying temperatures, and adherence to attendance policies. This role aligns with our Rental division and emphasizes accuracy, safety, and reliability.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver's license in good standing.
• Must adhere to attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in a safe proximity to others for extended periods.
• Must work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.
• Must tolerate exposure to hot/cold temperatures and to the elements.
• Must handle materials that are soiled or have pungent odors with protective equipment.

Responsibilities

• Drive company trucks to unload soiled products and load clean uniforms and mats onto trucks.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area and meet/exceed loading/unloading standards.
• Follow routes designated for each truck and ensure proper safety protocols.
