A prominent recruiter is seeking an experienced Sales Leader for a hotel in Vancouver. The role focuses on developing sales strategies, leading a talented team, and managing client relationships to optimize revenue. Develop and implement annual sales plans aligned with the property's revenue goals
Lead, coach, and support a high-performing sales team, ensuring targets are met or exceeded
Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel planners, and event organizers
Analyze market trends and adjust strategies to optimize RevPAR and market share
Represent the property at key industry events, trade shows, and local business initiatives
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and revenue management to drive performance across all segments
5+ years of progressive hotel sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Proven ability to lead a team and exceed revenue targets in a competitive market
Deep understanding of group, corporate, and catering sales
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Experience with sales CRM systems and revenue management tools
A hands-on, proactive, and strategic mindset
