Job summary

Mother Parkers Tea & Coffee in Mississauga, ON, is seeking a skilled maintenance professional to repair and maintain packaging and processing equipment across a mixed shift. You will support capital projects, implement preventative maintenance, and troubleshoot high speed PLC controlled systems to keep operations running smoothly.

The ideal candidate holds a millwright and/or electrician license, can work independently, prioritize tasks, and collaborate with the engineering team on upgrades.

The Role

Responsible for the repair and maintenance of mechanical, electrical and electronic components to ensure ongoing, cost-effective operations, in a multi-shift environment. Assist with capital and maintenance projects.

What You Get To Do

• Repair and maintain packaging and processing equipment.
• Carry out preventative maintenance program.
• Perform facility repairs as required.
• Repair and maintain high speed PLC controlled equipment.
• Provide technical expertise and support to production management.
• Assist the Maintenance and Engineering team with projects and equipment upgrades.
• Repair, upgrade and install electronic controls and equipment.
• Program and modify PLC’s.
• Work together with equipment Operators to improve line efficiency.

• Valid millwright and / or electrician license.
