Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years working experience as a Drywall Installer/Taper.
- Plaster trade certification, Red Seal or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare surfaces.
- Measure, cut and fit drywall sheets for installation on walls and ceilings.
- Position and secure sheets to studs or joists.
- Finish joints with plaster and tape to create smooth surfaces.
- Manufacture and install suspended metal ceiling grids and acoustic panels.
- Demonstrate knowledge of health & safety policies and project specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with crew members to complete field projects.
