Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals in Burnaby, BC is seeking a Warehouse Associate to load, unload, and stage equipment, inspect items for damage, and keep the warehouse organized and safe. You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks, assist with order shipping, and support drivers on deliveries.

The role requires a valid Class 5 license, physical ability to lift 75 lbs, and strong teamwork with flexibility for shifts. Full-time position with competitive benefits and training provided.

Qualifications

Job Description Summary

Responsibilities

• Pulling and staging orders
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Lifting up to 75lbs
• Cleaning and organizing the warehouse
• Inspecting products for defects and damages
• Organizing stocks and maintaining inventory
• Repairing and setting up equipment
• Abiding by all company safety and hygiene regulations'
• Swapping with a driver on pick-up and deliveries
• Operate forklifts and electric pallet jacks for moving equipment (training and certification provided).
• Providing top level customer service
• Vacuuming mats
• Assist in order shipping and receiving
• Other duties as required.

Qualifications

• Valid class 5 Driver's License and clean Driver's Abstract
• Ability to drive 1-ton trucks. 3-5 ton driving experience is considered an asset
• Ability to lift or move heavy products up to 75lbs
• Ability to operate forklifts, hand trucks, pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment
• Ability and willingness to work flexible hours/shifts when needed
• Demonstrated ability to work well autonomously and in a team environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills

Base Pay Range

22.00 - 32.09
