Job summary

Uni-Select Inc., owner of the Bumper to Bumper network in Regina, SK, is seeking a Driver to join our thriving team and deliver automotive parts.

You will prepare and complete orders, verify invoices, inspect items on delivery, organize daily pickups, maintain paperwork, and adhere to safety regulations. No experience required; a valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds are essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery and verify invoices.
• Examine the condition of the merchandise before delivery and obtain customer sign-off.
• Organize daily pickup of cores, returns and warranties.
• Accurately record all deliveries and pickups with proper paperwork.
• Comply with electronic delivery standards.
• Report customer complaints to the Dispatcher or Store Manager.
• Check daily vehicle fluid levels, tires, and cleanliness.
• Follow all road rules at all times.
• Coordinate with Dispatcher on progress and delays.
• Assist with in-store customer service and stocking.

Your Daily Contribution & Impact:

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery, verify invoices to ensure that order is exact, possibly assist with picking parts for orders
• Examine the condition of the merchandise at delivery or prior to accepting delivery, examine the condition of the merchandise with the customer, and have customer sign-off on delivery
• Organize daily pick-up of customer cores, returns and warranties without disrupting delivery efficiency
• Accurately record all deliveries and pickups, ensure proper paperwork accompanies all customer cores, returns, and warranties while complying with customer service delivery strategies
• Comply with electronic delivery principals and standards
• Ensure any complaints or dissatisfaction of a customer is immediately reported to the Dispatcher and/or Store Manager
• Check daily fluid levels of the vehicle, the tire condition and ensures cleanliness inside and outside the vehicle
• Comply with all rules and regulations of the road at all times
• Check in with Dispatcher and/or Store Manager on Delivery progress/delays
• Participate in cycle count programs and annual physical inventory
• Be prepared to assist with customer service activities within store location, assist with keeping store in a neat and orderly manner including stocking of shelves
