  • Provide operational updates to leadership and collaborate with internal stakeholders (Development, Completions, Production, Facilities, Finance, Supply Chain, Land, and HSE teams)
  • Provide leadership during significant operational events, emergency response situations, and well control incidents
  • Participate in a rotational on‑call schedule, providing 24‑hour operational support and response to operational matters during assigned work periods
WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Proven leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and decision‑making skills
  • Experience with well control operations and recovery
  • Familiarity with British Columbia regulatory requirements
  • Willingness to work collaboratively, field questions and challenge the status quo
  • Valid class 5 driver's license (or equivalent) with a clean driver's abstract and current valid safety and wellsite supervision tickets
