Job summary

Groupe SEGULA Technologies SA is seeking an engineer to support the design, development, validation and engineering release of suspension components for Stellantis production vehicle programs. The role includes leading design, packaging and release of components such as control arms, knuckles, springs, dampers and sway bars.

You will create and maintain CAD models and drawings, generate BOMs and manage engineering change notices, while supporting K&C analysis, DFMEAs and DVP&Rs.

Responsibilities

• Design & Release: Lead the design, packaging, and engineering release of suspension components (control arms, knuckles, springs, dampers, sway bars).
• Data Management: Create and maintain 2D/3D CAD models, detailed engineering drawings, structured BOMs, and engineering change notices.
• Kinematics & Dynamics: Support suspension kinematics and compliance (K&C) analysis and vehicle integration activities.
• Quality Documentation: Author and maintain DFMEAs and DVP&Rs for assigned components.
• Testing & Validation: Coordinate bench-level structural testing, component durability, and vehicle-level dynamic validation.
• Supplier & Program Support: Partner with Tier-1 suppliers and internal engineering teams during prototype builds, plant launches, and continuous improvement initiatives for mass, cost, quality, and warranty.
