Job summary

A&H Steel is seeking an experienced drafter to lead and train drafting teams on-site in Edmonton. You will develop engineering designs, read blueprints, and prepare construction specs and cost estimates to support concrete product projects.

The role requires 2–3 years of drafting experience, excellent written and oral communication, and the ability to manage document sets while coordinating with engineers and clients. On-site work is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–3 years of drafting/engineering experience.
• On-site work at the physical location; no remote option.
