In this role, the Drafting Manager will lead a team of skilled drafters, working closely with the construction process to ensure precision, efficiency, and quality at every stage. The successful candidate will have a background in construction / architectural drafting and will provide hands‑on support to the drafting team in producing accurate, detailed drawings and plans that guide building personnel in meeting the customer's expectations.

This position requires a collaborative leader who can bridge departmental needs, align plant activities with project goals, and foster strong teamwork both within and beyond the drafting department.
