Job summary

NAV CANADA is seeking an Airport/Aerodrome Air Traffic Controller to join the Toronto City Centre Tower, Billy Bishop City Centre Airport, Toronto, ON. This full-time, permanent position places you at the heart of urban aviation, managing commercial traffic and emergency services from a downtown environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• ATC tower training or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe and orderly air traffic within the control zone.
• Issue clearances and instructions to pilots.
• Coordinate arrivals and departures with multiple control positions and sectors.
• Monitor and operate radar and communication equipment.
• Respond to emergencies and adapt to changing traffic conditions.
