Double-Deep Reach + Walkie Forklift Operator

Location: Mississauga, ON (Millcreek Industrial Area)
Shift: Monday to Friday | 11:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Job Type: Temp to Perm base on Performance

About the Role

Fuze HR Solutions is currently hiring experienced Forklift Operators (Double-Deep Reach + Walkie) for a high-volume logistics and distribution environment in Mississauga. This is a safety-focused environment with strong emphasis on accuracy, efficiency, and consistent performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate double-deep reach forklift and walkie equipment safely and efficiently
• Perform put-away and retrieval of pallets in high-density racking systems
• Support replenishment, staging, and internal material movement across warehouse zones
• Complete order picking and handling tasks using walkie equipment as required
• Maintain accurate inventory control using RF scanners (if applicable)
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any defects or safety concerns
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and MHE operating standards
• Maintain clean, organized, and compliant work areas
• Support general warehouse operations as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of forklift experience (double-deep reach and/or walkie)
• Valid forklift certification (Reach / Walkie / Narrow Aisle preferred)
• Experience in high-density racking or distribution centre environments
• Comfortable operating multiple types of MHE equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse setting
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when required
• Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and productivity
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
