Job summary

The role focuses on production support, issue analysis, root-cause identification, and rapid deployment of fixes, while leveraging RESTful APIs, SQL databases, Git, and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as a .NET developer in production/support environments.
• Strong proficiency with SQL databases and query optimization.
• Proficient with RESTful APIs, Git, and CI/CD tooling (e.g., Jenkins).
• Experience remediating vulnerabilities and working with development and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze incidents and perform root-cause analyses.
• Develop and implement fixes to resolve issues in production.
• Lead deployment and release management for updates.
• Contribute to coding, code reviews, and testing (unit/integration).
• Collaborate with teams while also working independently when needed.

What We're Looking For

• Experience working as a .Net developer in a development and operations/support env.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems
• Strong experience in production support, from analyzing issues, identifying root cause to developing & implementing fixes to resolve the issue
• Experience with .NET-based applications
• Contribute to end-to-end software development activities including:
• Coding and code reviews
• Unit and integration testing
• Deployment and release management
• Proficient with SQL databases
• Proficiency with RESTful API design, Git, and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins)
• Experience remediating vulnerabilities (SAST, DAST, server)
• Team collaboration skills, but still able to work independently
• Proficiency with AI tools such as Copilot
